Case file: ProXMarkets

AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

Some operations earn a place on the Cointiverse map through victim reports; ProXMarkets arrived by regulator flag. Both routes end at the same coordinates: elevated risk.

The warning on the record

ProXMarkets claims its website is owned and operated by Synergy Squad EOOD , a company incorporated under the laws of the Union of Comoros, and that all trading services are provided by HeadPro Corp Market , which is authorized by the MWALI International Services Authority (MISA) under License Number BFX2025099. Upon investigation, we found that Synergy Squad EOOD is not authorized by any Comoros regulatory body. While HeadPro Corp Market appears to be registered with a valid license number, the company has not registered its operating website with MISA. Additionally, MISA is an offshore regulator with extremely weak oversight and low international recognition, and we cannot fully verify the authenticity of the license information. Therefore, we consider ProXMarkets as a potential scam.

Red flags on the map

  • Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
  • No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
  • Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
  • Aggressive outreach through social platforms and messaging apps
