1. Engagement scope

Cointiverse provides forensic cartography, blockchain investigation, and digital asset recovery services. Each engagement is governed by an individual engagement letter that supersedes general language on this site. No content on this website constitutes a service contract.

2. No guaranteed outcome

Cryptocurrency recovery outcomes depend on factors outside our control — including the actions of exchanges, regulators, and adverse parties. Cointiverse does not guarantee any specific recovery percentage or timeline. We commit only to the diligent application of our methodology and to honest reporting of progress.

3. Fee structure

Initial consultations are free. Chain Mapping engagements carry a flat engagement fee, refundable if no actionable handles are identified. Recovery engagements are contingency-fee based — fees are charged as a percentage of recovered funds, only upon recovery. Specific percentages and structures are documented in your engagement letter.

4. Confidentiality

All client communications and case details are confidential. NDAs are mutual and executed before any specific case details are exchanged. Cointiverse is not a law firm; communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege except where explicitly engaged through co-counsel.

5. Jurisdiction and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

6. Modification

Cointiverse may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
