01 — Initial Consultation

Free, NDA-backed communication with a senior cartographer. We review the loss event, evaluate available transaction hashes and platform records, and tell you whether the trail is chartable. No fee, no obligation, 30 to 45 minutes.

02 — Chain Mapping

The signature deliverable. A multi-hop trace across every chain your funds touched, with full annotation: cluster identifications, mixer types, exchange deposit addresses, bridge transfers, fiat off-ramps. Output is a courtroom-grade visual map plus a written technical addendum. Engagement fee, refundable if no actionable handles surface.

03 — Investigation

Once the map identifies handles, investigation activates them: KYC unmasking through compliant channels, exchange compliance freeze requests, witness coordination, additional document discovery. Investigation translates the map into evidence packets that hold up to regulator and court scrutiny.

04 — Recovery Engagement

Settlement negotiations, civil claim drafting, coordination with criminal authorities where applicable, restitution petitions. Recovery is contingency-fee based — we are paid when funds are returned to you, not before.

05 — Restitution Support

Filings with IC3, FBI, CFTC, SEC, FinCEN, Action Fraud (UK), AFP (AU), and equivalent jurisdictions. Cointiverse manages the paperwork, deadlines, and follow-ups so victims are not navigating eight agencies in three time zones alone.
