AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

CapitaliaFX is pinned to our watch chart for a reason. When our cartographers traced the operation, the trail lined up with an official warning record rather than with any verifiable licence.

What the chart shows

CapitaliaFX claims to be authorized and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), with license number: IS/79767, and provides Wide range of financial services, including Forex, Commodities, Metals, Energy, Indexes, and Cryptocurrencies and more instruments in global markets. Upon investigation, the company name corresponding to Malta MFSA 79767 is ALB LIMITED, and the registration website is www.alb.com, www.kimuratrading.com/it/home. Our investigation also found that the design of the web page www.alb.com and capitaliafx.com are similar. Obviously CapitaliaFX pretended to be regulated by MFSA. The truth is that CapitaliaFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. CapitaliaFX is a scam.

Red flags on the map

  • Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
  • No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
  • Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
  • Aggressive outreach through social platforms and messaging apps
