AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

The case coordinates for VentureXchange were fixed the moment an official warning list picked the operation up. Our review of the available trail supports that placement.

Reading the coordinates

According to its website, it claims VentureXchange is part of PIX POINT CONSULTING LTD. Company number 09999724. Upon investigation, we did find relevant information in the companies house, but this cannot be used as evidence of regulation. In addition, we searched on Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), but did not find any information about VentureXchange. The truth is that VentureXchange is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, VentureXchange is a scam.

Red flags on the map
