Cointiverse (“we,” “our,” “us”) is a forensic cartography and digital asset recovery firm based at 800 E Colorado Boulevard, Pasadena, CA 91101. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you hold over it.
Information we collect
Submitted by you: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, transaction hashes, platform identifiers, KYC documents (when relevant to a recovery engagement), and any narrative or documentation you provide in support of a case file.
Collected automatically: standard server log information including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
Case-related information is used exclusively to evaluate, investigate, and pursue recovery on your engagement. We do not sell, rent, or share victim data with third parties. Anonymized case patterns may be used internally to improve our forensic methodology and to inform sanitized educational content.
Retention
Active case files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for compliance and audit reasons. After seven years, identifying information is destroyed and only fully anonymized pattern data is retained.
