Some operations earn a place on the Cointiverse map through victim reports; Amillex arrived by regulator flag. Both routes end at the same coordinates: elevated risk.
Position on the risk map
Amillex states that it is operated by Amillex Global Ltd and regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius. However, our thorough search within the official FSC Mauritius registry has failed to locate any licensing or authorization records for Amillex Global Ltd. This absence of verification from the claimed regulator casts substantial doubt on the validity of their regulatory status. Additionally, Amillex claims that "Amillex LLC" is a Limited Liability Company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. While we were able to confirm the registration of this entity through the Financial Services Authority (FSA) of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, it is crucial to note that this confirmation pertains only to its status as an International Business Company (IBC). In light of these findings, it appears highly likely that Amillex is not subject to effective regulatory supervision by any recognized financial authority.
