BidAskBit is pinned to our watch chart for a reason. When our cartographers traced the operation, the trail lined up with an official warning record rather than with any verifiable licence.
What our cartographers found
BidAskBit claims to be marketed and operated by ACE HOLDINGS LIMITED with authorization number 13403160. One thing that the company forgot to mention is by which authority and in which country it is supposedly licensed – and since we were not provided with any sort of address either, we were unable to figure out which register we should check. The truth is that BidAskBit is not under valid regulation by any regulators to do forex. Investors' funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
Red flags on the map
- Pressure to deposit more in order to unlock earlier deposits
- Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
- No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
- Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
