But Saint Lucia does not have a regulatory body overseeing foreign exchange, and our search of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) yielded no results. The truth is that Fiscal Markets is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Fiscal Markets is a scam.
