Harmovest Capital — case file

AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

Harmovest Capital is pinned to our watch chart for a reason. When our cartographers traced the operation, the trail lined up with an official warning record rather than with any verifiable licence.

Position on the risk map

Harmovest Capital claims regulation across three jurisdictions, but our investigation reveals significant inconsistencies: its asserted MISA license (No. T2023331) corresponds to a different entity with an unrelated domain; the CySEC-registered "Harmovest Capital (Cyprus) Ltd" lists only hamovest.eu , not the platform’s actual site, hamovest.com , with no disclosed affiliation; and while an Australian entity exists under ASIC, it is authorized solely for proprietary trading and advisory services, not for offering retail forex or CFD accounts. Adding to concerns, public records show the hamovest.com domain was registered on December 31, 2025 , an anomalous future date that further undermines credibility. Given these findings, we currently assess HARMOVEST CAPITAL as a likely fraudulent platform.

Red flags on the map

  • Aggressive outreach through social platforms and messaging apps
  • Dashboard balances that cannot be verified on-chain
  • Pressure to deposit more in order to unlock earlier deposits
  • Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
