Case file: MAXIMARKETS

AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

Every entity in this index passes through the Cointiverse cartography pipeline before it is pinned to the chart. MAXIMARKETS enters with its coordinates already flashing: an official warning record sits behind the listing, and the surrounding pattern matches operations our team has mapped many times before.

What our cartographers found

According to its website, it claims to be regulated by the Marshall Islands Registry (IRI). Upon investigation, we found relevant information in IRI, but as we all know, IRI does not have the right to regulate foreign exchange, so this certificate alone cannot serve as a regulatory guarantee. The truth is that MAXIMARKETS is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. MAXIMARKETS is a scam.

Red flags on the map

  • Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
  • No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
  • Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
  • Aggressive outreach through social platforms and messaging apps
