Mensa Finance

AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

Some operations earn a place on the Cointiverse map through victim reports; Mensa Finance arrived by regulator flag. Both routes end at the same coordinates: elevated risk.

What the chart shows

Mensa Finance claims to be a online broker regulated by the U.S. National Futures Association (NFA) with the licence number 0558532, and owned by F. MENSA PTY. LTD. authorized by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), offering wide range of financial services, including Indices, Crypto Currencies, Forex, Energies, Stocks and more instruments in global markets. Upon investigation, we found that Mensa Finance is not regulated by the NFA and ASIC. The truth is that Mensa Finance is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Mensa Finance is a scam.

Red flags on the map

  • Pressure to deposit more in order to unlock earlier deposits
  • Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
  • No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
  • Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
