Case file: Nation Traders

AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

Nation Traders is pinned to our watch chart for a reason. When our cartographers traced the operation, the trail lined up with an official warning record rather than with any verifiable licence.

What our cartographers found

According to its website, it claims to be registered in St. Vincent and the United Kingdom. Upon investigation, no matching information was found in the Financial Services Authority (FSA) (SVG FSA). As we all know, if you want to exercise foreign exchange rights in the UK, you must obtain authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Similarly, we did not find matching information in the FCA. The truth is that Nation Traders is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Nation Traders is a scam.

Red flags on the map

  • Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
  • No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
  • Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
  • Aggressive outreach through social platforms and messaging apps
