AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

We plot every flagged operation on the same network map, and RBFX sits in a cluster our team knows well – a polished front, a scripted onboarding, and a warning record behind it.

Position on the risk map

RBFX claims to be a brand of Rflexio Limited, registered in Saint Lucia as an International Business Company (IBC). While we did locate this entity in the Saint Lucia International Financial Centre (IFC) registry, it is crucial to understand that this registration only confers IBC status and does not constitute a valid financial services licence. The IFC does not regulate or license forex trading activities. Furthermore, RBFX states it is regulated by The Financial Commission (FC). However, the Financial Commission is not a regulatory authority, but an external dispute resolution (EDR) organization. Membership in the FC provides no regulatory oversight, and offers no protection for client funds. In fact, RBFX is unregulated by any recognized authority. Therefore, it appears to be a scam.

Red flags on the map

  • Appears on an official regulator or fraud-warning list
  • No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
  • Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
  • Aggressive outreach through social platforms and messaging apps

If you have funds with RBFX

Do not pay anything further, whatever label the request carries. Gather your records now – transaction hashes, wallet addresses, payment receipts, and every conversation – because the strength of a case rests on that trail.
