AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

Every entity in this index passes through the Cointiverse cartography pipeline before it is pinned to the chart. Spec Capitals enters with its coordinates already flashing: an official warning record sits behind the listing, and the surrounding pattern matches operations our team has mapped many times before.

What our cartographers found

Spec Capitals Ltd claims to be registered in Saint Lucia under registration number 2024-00305, is a brokerage firm operated in India, which offers a range of investment products to traders, including Forex, Stocks, Indices, Commodities, Metals and more instruments for trading in global markets. Upon investigation, we found that Spec Capitals Ltd is registered with the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Saint Lucia, an International Business Companies Registry that doesn't license forex trading brokerage activities. However, Spec Capitals Ltd is also not authorized and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The truth is that Spec Capitals Ltd is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors'money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Spec Capitals Ltd is a scam.
