AndersFX — Cointiverse forensic case file

VarinFX is pinned to our watch chart for a reason. When our cartographers traced the operation, the trail lined up with an official warning record rather than with any verifiable licence.

Position on the risk map

VarinFX claims to be owned and operated by iDraw Tech Ltd, is a broker certified by Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Business Company with license number 25412 BC 2019, offering wide range of financial services, including Indices, Metals, Forex, Oil, Cryptocurrencies and more instruments in global markets. Upon investigation, we didn't find the business registration of VarinFX / iDraw Tech Ltd with the Financial Services Authority in St. Vincent and the Grenadines(SVG FSA) , an offshore authority that doesn't license financial derivative trading brokerage activities. The truth is that VarinFX is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. VarinFX is a scam.

Red flags on the map

  • No verifiable licence for the jurisdictions it targets
  • Withdrawal friction: new fees or conditions appear at cash-out time
  • Aggressive outreach through social platforms and messaging apps
  • Dashboard balances that cannot be verified on-chain
